I'm Amy Wheeler, born and raised in our "small town with a big heart", St.Pauls NC! My husband Stephen and I are actually high school sweethearts who met at St.Pauls High. Stephen and our little one Easton are my everything. Recently, I've opened my very own boutique storefront in town. Lavish Rose Boutique can now be your first stop to grab a new outfit or browse our book selection while supporting our small business community. You'll always find me shopping, whether that looks like a new outfit or an armful of books. Or spending time at the beach with my family. I'm so excited to be a part of St.Pauls Possible! I already know we are going to do great things together for the community and local businesses. Our goal is to give back where we can and help the town grow in so many ways.
Our core values include integrity, compassion, and inclusivity. We believe that everyone has a role to play in creating a better world.

I am thrilled to be part of the team bringing St Paul’s Possible to life. Service to community is my calling. Before coming to St Pauls as the town administrator, I spent the last fifteen years involved with various non profits and local governments both in management roles and in elected positions. My passion since I was a young girl has always been writing. I owned and operated a small press for seven years, and also published several books of my own. I am excited to make North Carolina my home with my three children Trinity, Gavin, and Skylar, my husband Steve, and our pups!
I am Charissa Stedman, wife, and a mom of four wonderful girls. I am currently an active Realtor in Robeson and surrounding counties. I have a passion for all things culinary. I was raised in Saint Pauls and moved to Lumber Bridge to start my own family. When my husband accepted a job with the Saint Pauls Police Department, we relocated back to our hometown.
